For Delivered Shipments: Orders entered before 3 PM EST, Monday through Wednesday, will be delivered two days following the order placement. Orders placed before Noon EST Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on the weekend will be delivered on Wednesday. Airport to Airport Shipments: Orders entered before 5 PM EST, Monday through Wednesday, will be air shipped two days following the order placement. Orders placed on Thursday by 5 PM EST will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed before Noon EST on Friday will be air shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Wednesday. Payment: All sales prepaid by Mastercard, Visa, Discover or bank transfer or paid COD. International payments (particularly Europe) are least expensive for both parties if bank drafts are used rather than wire transfers. Open accounts available, pending credit approval and conformance to all terms, including a signed personal guarantee. Overdue accounts are subject to service charges. Document Fees: Any health certificates, phytosanitary certificates, wildlife inspection fees, bank and currency clearance charges, etc. are billed at cost. Freight Charges: Air shipments are always sent freight collect. If collect charges are not possible (some international carriers) we can prepay with special advance arrangements. Shipments using a delivery carrier to your door are either freight prepaid or freight inclusive in pricing. Air Carriers: Air shipments are made in good faith via best possible carriers and routings. Customer must always pick up fish at destination within 2 hours of arrival. EkkWill cannot guarantee delivery time or be responsible for inconveniences or losses caused by carrier delay. Delivery Services: Shipments via delivery services are made in good faith with next day service. Typical deliveries are by 5 PM. EkkWill cannot guarantee delivery time or be responsible for inconveniences or losses caused by carrier delay. Guarantee & DOA Policy: Losses in transit are rare employing our shipping techniques. We guarantee live arrival if shipments arrive on schedule, provided the following procedure is observed. Air shipments must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at destination airport. Shipments via delivery services must be unpacked and processed upon delivery. All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will apply full credit for these DOA losses. Losses due to carrier delay or mishandling must be filed with the airline. If no airline claim is filed you will not be entitled to their credit and EkkWill will demand full payment of the invoice. All invoices must be satisfied according to the terms of sale as printed on the invoice. Collection Charges: Bad check charge $30.00. Should collection procedures be necessary, buyer agrees to pay all costs of collections including attorney's fees. Minimum Order: Seven units (approximately 100 lb. freight) for domestic shipments. For export shipments we encourage at least 100 kilos, which is minimum 12 to 14 units (6 to 7 double boxes). A unit is one full bag of fish. Packaging Box Types: Single box is standard Florida fish box size. It is adequate for normal use, particularly within the United States or Canada. Double box is larger, holding more product. It has qualities of having superior insulation properties and larger interior volumes over the single. It is recommended for normal use, especially long transit shipments. It is cheaper per unit box charge, although some international carriers charge dimensional weight ratings, which may make the larger box more expensive freight-wise on international flights. Box Weight: Single box unit averages 15 lbs. (7 kilos) approximately. Large boxes are packed 2 units per box, weighing about 30 lbs. (14 kilos). Box Dimensions: 17" x 17" x 10" single box; 27" x 19" x 13" double box. Box Charges: Single $4.95 for standard packing. $5.95 for intercontinental long transit routings or custom high-density packaging. Double $8.95 standard packaging. $9.95 for intercontinental long transit routings or custom high density.
